· Account Information - When you sign up for an ANTBUILDZ Account, we require certain information such as your name, position, company name, company registration no, company business nature and etc.

· Profile and Listing Information - To use certain features of the ANTBUILDZ Platform (such as booking or creating a Listing), we may ask you to provide additional information, which may include a phone number, and equipment photos attached.

· Identity Verification Information - To help create and maintain a trusted environment, we may collect identity verification information or other authentication information.

· Payment Information - To use certain features of the ANTBUILDZ platform (such as booking or creating a Listing), we may require you to provide certain financial information (like your company bank account detail) in order to facilitate the processing of payment.

· Communications with ANTBUILDZ - When you communicate with ANTBUILDZ, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.

What are your rights?

You have a right to:

• Access and update some of your information through your ANTBUILDZ account.

We will use your email address and phone number for sending you a confirmation of your company equipment rental bookings or contact you for any reason directly linked to your company booking, or occasionally inform you of equipment rental, and marketing campaigns on the booking engine. We will use your phone number to contact you if there is a concern with your booking or company-registered account. Upon every company sign-up, a welcome SMS may be sent to your phone number.
