1. What is rental cost of a Generator (or Genset)?

Generator rental rate depends on the Generator power capacity (kVA). For example, a 5kVA generator rental costs as low as $37 per day, $222 per week, or $370 per month, while a 220kVA generator rental costs about $80 per day, $220 per week, or $700 per month, and a 554kVA generator rental costs about $340 per day, $1,700 per week, or $3,375 per month.

2. Which Generator (or Genset) is the best fit for my project requirements?

Generator rental is available from less than 200kVA, 200kVA to 500kVA, and more than 500kVA power capacity in the market.

To determine (or size up) the right power capacity (kVA) for your project, you need to know the load requirement of every single tool or equipment that you want to power.

Aside from power capacity (kVA), you may need to consider the noise requirement (level of a decibel) at your job site, indoor or outdoor usage, and the storage location.

3. If my project is located at Jurong Island, or is owned by an owner with stringent site requirements like LTA, BCA, or certain MNC, can the Generator (or Genset) meet its requirements?

For sites mentioned above, please contact Antbuildz.com Team before you reserve a Generator so we may advise the best unit that meet your site requirements. Important considerations include age of equipment, spark arrestor, and validity period of LM/LE certificate.

4. Does Generator (or Genset) rental include a distribution box, Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), and cabling?

No. Generator rental is on bare rental basis and excludes distribution box, LEW, and cabling. If you require these accessories and services of a LEW, kindly contact Antbuildz.com Team so we may supply you the accessories and a LEW you require for your job.

5. Does Generator (or Genset) rental include diesel fuel top-up?

No. Diesel is to be top-up by the user, which is the common industry practice for Generator rental.

6. Can I rent a Generator (or Genset) for just 1 day?
