INTERNATIONAL MARKETPLACE POLICY

This International Marketplace Platform Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Antbuildz Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (Registration No. 202007699D), having its registered address at 33 Ubi Ave 3, #05-57, Singapore 408868 (“Antbuildz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) , and You, whether as an individual or legal entity accessing or using the Antbuildz marketplace platform as a User or Supplier (“you”).

By accessing, registering on, or using the Antbuildz platform, website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "USERS" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing the Platform to search for, inquire about, or rent/purchase products and equipment.
• "PARTNERS" refers to any individual or legal entity that lists, offers for rent, or offers for sale their products and equipment on the Platform.
• "Platform" refers to the Antbuildz website, mobile applications, and related digital facilities.

1. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY 

This Agreement applies to all USERS and PARTNERS accessing or using the Platform outside Malaysia and Singapore. For transactions within Malaysia and Singapore, Antbuildz acts as a principal rental party under separate dedicated regional agreements.

2. ROLE OF ANTBUILDZ 

Antbuildz operates the Platform solely as a technology and marketplace facilitator and is not a rental company, seller, broker, agent, or reseller. We provide the digital facility for connection only.

3. NATURE OF TRANSACTIONS 

All transactions are entered directly between USERS and PARTNERS. Antbuildz is not a party to these contracts and does not handle payments, deposits, invoices, or refunds.

4. PLATFORM ACCESS AND REPRESENTATIONS 

USERS and PARTNERS must provide truthful information and use the Platform lawfully. You represent that all corporate credentials and equipment specifications provided are accurate.

5. LISTINGS, SUBJECTIVE PRICING, AND TAXES

• Supplier Control: All prices and rates are listed by PARTNERS.
• Subjective Adjustments: You acknowledge that listed prices are "Invitations to Treat." Rates are subject to change and may be adjusted subjectively by the Supplier based on equipment availability, project duration, or specific site risks.
• axes: All prices are exclusive of government taxes, VAT, GST, or other local charges, which shall be the sole responsibility of the User.

6. USER AND SUPPLIER CONDUCT (ANTI-SCAM) 

USERS and PARTNERS must act in good faith and avoid fraud, scams, or misrepresentation. Any attempt to list non-existent equipment ("ghost listings") or deceive other USERS is a material breach of this Agreement.

7. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT & BANNING RIGHTS 

Antbuildz reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion. This includes the right to permanently ban any user suspected of fraudulent activity, scams, or behavior that harms the marketplace's reputation.

8. RISK ALLOCATION AND DISCLAIMER 

All risks related to equipment condition, safety, and payment lie entirely with USERS and PARTNERS. Antbuildz bears no liability for any direct dealings facilitated by the Platform.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Antbuildz shall not be liable for any damages—including physical injury, property damage, or financial loss—arising from Platform use or direct transactions between parties.

10. INDEMNIFICATION 

USERS and PARTNERS agree to indemnify and hold Antbuildz harmless from any claims or legal fees arising from their use of the platform or breach of rental contracts.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All Platform IP belongs to Antbuildz. PARTNERS grant Antbuildz a license to use equipment photos and logos for marketing purposes.

12. TERMINATION 

Antbuildz may terminate this Agreement or your access to the facility at any time.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

This Agreement is governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.

14. AMENDMENTS 

Antbuildz may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version on the Platform.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the International Marketplace.
